Hello, my name is Ed Neelly. I am from the 1st Congressional District and my office address is 431 W. Main St., Tupelo, MS. Currently, I am serving as the chairman of the Home Inspector Regulatory Board.
For a little background information on my qualifications, I carry the Certified Real Property Inspector (CRPI) designation and Certified Senior Inspector (CSI) designation. My initial home inspection training was received through Lincoln Graduate Center in November 1994. In addition to home inspection, I have been a licensed Certified Residential Appraiser since April of 1992.

As owner of Alpha Inspection, I am privildeged to serve the Jackson Metro area for both residential and commercial inspections. My background includes over 20 years in residential and commercial construction.My qualifications also include International Code Council certification (ICC), President of the local chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and service on ASHI's national legislative committee for four years.
I was assigned by the Governor of the State of Mississippi to serve as the appointee on the Home Inspector Regulatory Board for the 3rd Congressional District.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ray H. Millwood. I am the owner/broker of Millwood Realty Inc. located at 1660 S. Colorado St., Greenville, MS. I received my broker's license in 1996. Millwood Realty Inc. opened in August of 1998 and handles both residential and commercial property.
Millwood Home Inspections was formed in December 2001. We perform home inspections in the Delta area. I serve as the appointee assigned by the Governor of the State of Mississippi to the Home Inspector Regulatory Board for the 2nd Congressional District.

I am the owner of Coastwide Building Inspectors, Inc. located in Biloxi, MS and the 4th Congressional District appointee of Governor Musgrove's to serve on the Home Inspector Regulatory Board.
I have a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern MS and am a licensed home inspector, general contractor, real estate broker, real estate appraiser, and FHA/HUD & VA inspector.
My membership affiliations are as follows: ACI, MHIB, MAHI, ASHI and MCBOA.
