The Mississippi Real Estate Commission has submitted proposed amendments to its Administrative Rule 3.2(C) to the Mississippi Secretary State for publication and public comment prior to final adoption. The proposed amendments are intended to bring Rule 3.2(C)’s requirements for Exclusive Buyer’s Representation Agreements in line with evolving industry practice (see attachment).
A copy of the proposed amended Rule 3.2 is attached for your reference and review. An included NOTICE OF PROPOSED ADMINISTRATIVE RULES is included as a cover page and provides information explaining how licensees and other interested persons may submit comments concerning the proposed rules to the Commission for consideration prior to finalization of the rule-making process, along with other information.
