UNIVERSAL RECOGNITION OF OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES ACT– Providing that Mississippi Occupational Licensing Boards shall issue a license to an applicant who establishes residence in this state if the applicant holds a current license in good standing from another state, has been licensed by the other state for at least one (1) year, and satisfies other conditions.

MILITARY FAMILY FREEDOM ACT – (download required Affidavit) Pursuant to the provisions of the Military Family Freedom Act, Mississippi shall recognize occupational licenses obtained from other states for military members and their families, provided certain conditions are met. (Yearly Reports)
